Our postage and delivery fees policy outlines the available options for receiving your items, including free local pickup and various Australia Post services. We also highlight the made-to-order nature of many items and the process for pre-orders.
Delivery Options
Free Local Pickup
For your convenience, we offer free local pickup from two locations: Cashmere and Chermside. Simply select the local pickup option at checkout, and we will notify you when your order is ready for collection and organise a mutually suitable time.
Australia Post General Options
We provide general Australia Post options that are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Your items will be packaged using recycled packaging materials if using this option.
Prepaid Satchels
We offer prepaid satchels for a straightforward delivery option. The pricing for prepaid satchels is as follows:
- Small – 35.5 x 22cm – up to 5kg: $11.30
- Medium – 38.5 x 26.5cm up to 5kg: $15.30
- Large – 40.5 x 31cm – up to 5kg: $19.35
- Extra large – 51 x 43.5cm – up to 5kg: $23.35
Made-to-Order Items
Many of our items are made to order and may have minimum requirements before orders can be fulfilled. We will advise you on approximate wait times and keep you updated throughout the process. Please refer to the individual item descriptions for specific details regarding minimum order requirements and wait times.
Pre-Orders
Some items will need to be pre-ordered, and all orders will be fulfilled after the close date for pre-orders. The close date for pre-orders will be clearly identified in the item descriptions. We will keep you informed about the status of your pre-order and provide estimated delivery times once the order is closed and processed.
